Please note that you are required to contact us if you would like to make a return. Please contact us by email to discuss your return. The returned product must be in its original packaging, to receive full credit. No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned (post dated) within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return/exchange. All refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You are welcome to save the delivery charge by picking up your order at our home-base in Westmount, Nova Scotia. Contact us by email: email@example.com to arrange a pick-up date and time that is convenient for you.
We deliver within the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. Please allow at least 2 business days for delivery throughout Industrial Cape Breton and 7 business days for special holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Easter.
Please ensure you specify the date you would like your basket delivered when ordering and allow enough time for shipping.
We reserve the right from time to time to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. For example, substituting a particular type of fruit for another to ensure you receive the freshest products available. Another example would be substituting one brand name of crackers for another. In such a case, we assure you the overall design, theme, color and quality of the gift basket will not be compromised!
